Europe 2008: Itinerary

This particular European odyssey took me to London and Switzerland for 2 weeks. Unlike most of my travels, the primary purpose of this trip was to visit some friends of mine. It was a nice blend of sightseeing and socializing.

Part 1: 5 days in London, visiting Melvin (reuniting after nearly 2 years since we parted ways in Sydney!)

Part 2: Meeting up with Emi in Zurich (it was our first time meeting in person after months of online communication – we met at work), going camping with him and his friends in Ticino, and a side-trip to Lake Geneva by myself

Because I was fortunate enough to be staying with friends, I spent most of my money on transportation (plane, train, tube, tram), and covering the horrible exchange rate.
