While my sister was at a hockey game, I frolicked along the Charles River in Cambridge with my camera and tripod. I’m not completely satisfied with how the HDRs came out, but I’ll attribute that to the fact that I was just learning how to use Photomatix at the time. One of these days I’ll revisit the RAW files and have another go.
After work, I hopped over to Hoboken to take pictures of the Manhattan skyline from NJ. It was a great evening to spend in the park!
On 9/11/08, I went down to Empire-Fulton Ferry State Park to admire the Tribute in Light over the Manhattan skyline. As an added bonus, I also got to see some of the waterfall installations along the river. At any rate, photographing NYC’s bridges is a tireless hobby of mine, especially at night. It just never gets old!

On my first day in London, Melvin and I walked from his flat in Island Gardens, through the foot tunnel across the Thames, and over to Greenwich. We wandered around the naval college campus, saw the meridian line, and walked past the London Eye. I rather liked this area and all its greenery!
