2011 Jun 27: Wedding Photography | Bubby's Brooklyn | Alex & Mike

There’s always something special about a wedding that makes me look forward to it. Whether it’s the gorgeous venue or location, the incredible details, or the delicious food that’s promised, I get psyched for each wedding I get to photograph. And afterwards, I remember every one of them for that something special.

For Alex & Mike’s wedding, you could have dropped them on the most exotic of islands, filled their reception venue with DIY details galore, and served filet mignon, and I would still walk away thinking that the best thing about their wedding was how unbelievably awesome they both are.

(Though to be fair, the pork sliders were pretty ace ;P)

(Oh, and their epic impromptu performance of ‘Single Ladies’ is something I won’t be forgetting anytime soon!)

   Beautiful photos! Lindsay, you really nailed it. You even captured my favorite moments: the ring bearer under the flower girls’ banner, Alex’s excitement during the ceremony, and of course Mike and Alex dancing to “Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It).”
